We are building a global community of seekers and solvers that aims to help organisations harness the power of their workforce and create inclusive workplaces. Our work supports organisational leaders to drive sustainable and scalable workforce initiatives.
We are consolidating knowledge, and supplying tools and methods to make information on how to develop a universal workforce more accessible, and actionable.

Seekers
The UWI offers a supportive ecosystem to encourage the evolution of best practice and knowledge sharing on the subject of attracting and managing a universal workforce. We help work seekers find the right roles, and employers/hirers to adapt their habits, technologies and processes to embrace a diverse workforce.
So, whether you're a DEI Executive, People and Culture Leader, in HR management or Procurement, this community is designed to empower leaders like you to drive tangible change, influencing not only policies but also mindsets, habits, and systems.
Solvers
Supported by a large and growing community of blue-chip organisations, not-for-profits (NFPs), ambassadors and advocates, we exist for the betterment of society through a more healthy, productive, inclusive, rewarding and supportive workforce.
We don’t claim to be experts in the various key topics of what goes into making a universal workforce, but we are bringing together a community of people who are making a difference by sharing ideas, innovations, and experiences—to build a great workforce, and great tomorrows.
Experts, consultants, advocates and organisations, can join get involved in the UWI Community as leading voices or corporate sponsors.

Gain free but limited access to the UWI:Hub and its resources. You will be able to participaate in open discussions in the community feed, follow other members and join our free to access webinars.
Member of the UWI
Our paid membership gives you full access to the many discussion forums, resources and member groups. As a member you will also receive discounted prices to our ticketed events!
UWI Fellows
Becoming a Fellow of the Institute is an invite-only honorary position that includes free membership to the Institute and access to all of our resources, platforms and events. We may also ask you to moderate discussion groups and take part as speakers in our events.
